AECO Connectors
We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a new selection of high-end connectors from Taiwanese manufacturer AEC. Renowned for their connectors, they have focused on high-end audio connectors and created the AECO brand. We have been aware of AECO connectors for some time, so meeting them at the High-End Munich show in May 2024 was great. AECO is the "Audio Grade connector" arm of AEC, which has developed high-end connectors from years of experience to make more mainstream connectors.
AEC is based in Tainan City and has been trading since 1976. It produces cables and connectors for audio, video, and RF applications. We will eventually do a deep dive into some of their standard audio connectors, and they make amazing parts.
I hear you ask, where is AECO positioned in the World of connectors? I would put them at the ETI research, WBT, and KLE Innovations. One of their RCA plugs, the ARP-4055: AECO RCA Plugs, High-Purity Silver (2 pairs) is way up there.
