Covid-19 Update November 2020

We want to keep you up-to-date on the current state of our operation following the recent announcement that the UK will commence the 2nd lockdown as of 5th November. We will continue to work and dispatch your orders throughout this time.

We are following the guidelines set by the Government at our workplace. We have been wearing PPE for some time and this will remain in place. We are strictly adhering to the 2 metres distancing rule and applying all hygiene standards. First and foremost, we want to ensure the health and well being of our dedicated team who will be working hard every day to deliver you the best customer experience possible and dispatch your orders quickly.

I would strongly recommend customers select a courier service such as DPD, FedEx or DHL if they want a speedy delivery. There may be some delays to Royal Mail postal and airmail services. 

As usual, we will be working with our suppliers to keep our inventory stocked and lead times low.

You are our most valuable asset and we will be doing everything we can to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and a healthy environment for our employees.
