Adding to an Existing Order: using the free shipping code

If you wish to add further parts to an existing order please follow the instructions in this blog post. All parts will then be sent together in one package.

Please note: You must have made an existing order that has already been completed and paid for with shipping. If you use the free shipping code without an existing order, your order will not be sent until payment is made for postage.

Once you've added the items you want to purchase to your cart, click on the "Cart" button in the top right-hand corner. This is visible on all pages.

This takes you to the "Shopping cart" page where you can see a box under the items in your cart called "Coupons:"

Either type or paste in exactly the coupon code you have been given, make sure you match the case. "FREESHIP21" is NOT a coupon code it is used here as an example. Then click the Add button positioned on the right-hand side of the text box

If the coupon is correct the page will display as above, with the option to remove the coupon. Because the shipping method has not yet been selected, no change to the Order total will occur.

Proceed to the next page and enter your Shipping Address and other details as you normally would. This may already be pre-populated. Then move forward to the next page.

You can now see the option "Free shipping: £0.00" is selected by default. Do not change this option and click the green button to continue to review.

YOU must write in the Order Comment box "PLEASE ADD TO ORDER ######" the hashes being replaced with your existing order number.

On this final page, you can see under the Order Summary, Shipping will be valued at £/$/€ 0.00. No charge for shipping will be added to the order total.
