I want to change the email address linked to my account

Please email us at sales@hificollective.co.uk to change your email address. For security reasons, we will need you to email from both your old (current) email address and new email address, confirming the change.

If you are not able to access your old address. Email us requesting the change and include your full name, address and phone number. This will be checked against the details on your account.

We will reply confirming the change has taken place and you can login with your new email. Please note, any orders made before the email address has been updated will still receive updates to your prior address.

I am in the EU. Do I need to pay VAT?

You will have to pay VAT at your local rate. This can be paid when checking out (exceptions apply), or your country's customs will ask for payment on import.

What methods can I pay by, and are they secure?

Payments can be made securely through Paypal, Stripe, or by bank transfer, all of which are protected by SSL encryption. You can pay using GBP, EURO or USD.

Does HiFi Collective Ltd offer trade accounts?
