Please email us at sales@hificollective.co.uk to change your email address. For security reasons, we will need you to email from both your old (current) email address and new email address, confirming the change.
If you are not able to access your old address. Email us requesting the change and include your full name, address and phone number. This will be checked against the details on your account.
We will reply confirming the change has taken place and you can login with your new email. Please note, any orders made before the email address has been updated will still receive updates to your prior address.
