PTFE Sleeving

As used with HGC pure silver wire, can be used with the Mundorf silver/gold bare wires. High-quality PTFE sleeving. Supplied in multiples of 1 metre, continuous lengths up to 100m. Great for sleeving bare wire and also for spacing in cable construction.

We have 3 sizes available.

PTFE 0.5mm, ideal for 0.5mm diameter bare wire, longest threadable length is 5m, two versions available:

• Standard - internal diameter 0.86mm, external diameter 1.46mm, wall thickness 0.3mm
• Thin-walled - internal diameter is 0.86mm, external diameter 1.22mm, wall thickness 0.18mm. Allows better flexibility, good for sleeving wire that feeds switches, transformers etc.. where space is limited.

PTFE 1.0mm, ideal for 1.0mm diameter bare wire, longest threadable length is 6m, internal diameter. 1.35mm, external diameter 1.95mm, wall thickness 0.3mm

PTFE 1.5mm, ideal for 1.5mm diameter bare wire, longest threadable length is 7m, internal diameter 1.7mm, external diameter 2.3mm, wall thickness 0.3mm.

PTFE 2.0mm, ideal for 2.0mm diameter bare wire, longest threadable length is 7m, internal diameter 2.16mm, external diameter 2.75mm, wall thickness 0.3mm.
