ScanSpeak D2905, 950000 Tweeter - Classic Range
The ScanSpeak D2905, 950000 tweeter is a 28mm textile dome tweeter with a smooth, detailed and very transparent sound, coupled with low levels of distortion. In a complicated coating process, the dome is hand-coated with a special material to achieve high resolution, better reproduction and dynamic linearity. The optimised polepiece geometry reduces flow resistance and the anti-resonator plug in the rear chamber eliminates turbulence. A light Ferrofluid is used in the air gap, to ensure optimal linear mechanical linearity and improve power handling.
The D2905, 950000 is a recommended upgrade to the KEF T27 and for any other treble units, where natural, smooth and high-quality sound reproduction is required.
