ETI Research Copper Link RCA Connectors
The new LINK RCA Connector is based upon the famous Bullet from ETI-Research with added benefits. The Signal Pin is now made from 1100 series Pure Copper for even better conductivity while the Return Pin is still made from Tellurium Copper.
Since the Return Pin is a very Low Mass Hollow design to make it from Harden Copper would not give the strength or the durability needed for soldering and everyday use. The benefits of the hollow design are far more conducive to the sound quality than if it were just a simple solid pin instead like so many of the copies on the market today.
The Housing is now made from Aluminium. When ETI first started making the original Bullet they did not have to worry about all the EMI radiation that is floating around our Audio Systems. But today with all the processors and switching power supplies that are used our Audio Systems are in a bath of noise.
So they have changed over to Aluminium as it has very good EMI/RF noise rejection so to keep your signal as clean as it possibly can be.
The LINK RCA now has twin strain relief screws to keep your cable and the connection away from all the plugging and pulling stress.
The Bullet plugs have now been discontinued, partly to update the design, and partly as it is becoming un-practical in customs declaration forms to write 'bullet'.
Can receive cables up to 9mm in diameter.
They are sold in packs of 4, all the ends are now black (not red and black) and the channel is now marked by white or black ETI text on the casing.
