The silver-plated Tellurium copper RCA plugs are sold in four packs of red and white marked plugs—enough to make your very own interconnect cable. The ARP-4045 RCA plug is also available in gold-plating and rhodium-plating. The key points of the design are as follows.
- High-purity copper(over 99%) made.
- Low mass conductor.
- Single point conduction.
- A reduced conductor path reduces signal transmission resistance, capacitance, and inductance.
- The Plug is made from Nylon composite material, which provides sufficient flexibility and clamping force to connect tightly with the RCA socket.
- Solderable only.
- The RCA plug shell screws into the solderable portion.
- For fixing cable within the shell, a detachable sleeve is provided for cables of under 8.5mm in diameter. Remover the sleeve for cables up to 10.5mm in diameter
- The cable can be locked in place with 2 grub screws.
