Glasshouse / Blore Edwards 4-pole 23-way switch / Stereo Ladder Stepped Attenuator

The Blore Edwards switch offers good, clean performance at a reasonable cost. The Blore Edwards 4-pole 23-way switch, the OPZ-51261-4, with silver contacts, provides 23 steps at around 2dB steps, giving a usable sweep across the volume range. 

We offer the option to choose from 15 different resistor types for this kit.

Shaft: 6mm diameter x 13mm length

Bush: 10mm diameter x 12mm length

Body, including resistors fitted (internal part): 45mm x 53mm (oval shaped) x 47mm height  

The front of the switch does possess a "non-turn" metal lug of 3.5mm diameter x 5mm in length that protrudes through the front panel, so provision is needed. If not required, this can be removed with cutters. If not, a 3.5mm diameter hole 13.5mm from the centre hole of the shaft is required.

Due to the range of values for the Audio Note resistors, we can only supply the 50K, 100K, and 250K options. For the Takman resistors, we can only supply the 25K and 50K versions of the Carbon Film and the 20K, 25K, and 50K versions of the Metal Film.
