The Fostex FE83En is an 80mm (3") 8 ohm, 7 watt, full range driver that features a 60mm strong ferrite magnet and well tuned Qts / Mms values for ease of use in small bass reflex type enclosures to folded horn enclosures.
The ES cone and centre cap have been adapted on the current FE series. The new diaphragm material has fine, supple and high density fibre, with characteristics that successfully improve the mid-high frequency reproduction.
