LL3733: Lundahl Output Transformer

The LL3733 is a push-pull tube amplifier output transformer with 50% UL taps and a separate winding for 2% NFB. As used in the Elekit TU-8888 monoblock kit. The transformer is built up of two coils, each consisting of 3 sections, one primary and two secondary sections. The secondary sections are tapped for 4 and 8 ohms load. The windings are arranged to minimize destructive capacitive coupling between primaries and secondaries and for extremely small phase errors between the anode and UL tap. The C core is a high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel C-core from Lundahl`s own production.

The LL3733 is only available in one version.

Depending on how the winding sections of the transformers are wired together via the exposed solder pins, the constructor can adjust the following primary and secondary impedances.
